Last week on my YouTube channel I tested out a bunch of new and new-ish drugstore makeup. I'll link the video below just incase you missed it! So yeah I tested out a bunch of new makeup and I've gathered my favourite bits from that video to share with you.
Okay so my first favourite drugstore product is the Sleek Makeup i-Divine Stonework Eyeshadow Palette. At first sight, this palette looks very basic and underwhelming however, it's surprisingly very nice. It has 5 quite cool-tone shades - 3 powder shimmers and 2 cream finishes. I especially love the powder shimmers. These blend lovely together and create the most unusual colour combo. This palette is very different from any other drugstore palette I have. It definitely was a lovely surprise! I also tried the new Sleek Lip Baes Lip Kits and I love the 'Mates Before Dates' kit. This come with 2 pink tone lip creams - one Matte Me in 'Shabby Chic' and one Matte Me Metallic in 'Electroplated Nude'. I'm not really a metallic lip lover but there's something about this lip combo I just absolutely love!
My next favourite piece is the Revolution Fast Base Concealer. This is medium coverage concealer with a very lightweight formula. It feels almost like gel. I love the twist-up tube and the sponge tip applicator. It's super easy and quick to apply and it looks so flawless under the eye.
Another new drugstore favourite is the L'Oreal Unlimited Mascara. This is a little cheaper than my other favourite - L'Oreal Paradise. The 'Unlimited' is super jet black and gives me super spider-y long lashes on both my upper and lower lashes. The only thing that's a bit pointless about this mascara is the bendy handle cause it does nothing extra for my lashes. Regardless, the formula of the mascara is amazing and it's my new drugstore favourite!
So yeah that's a round-up on my favourites from this drugstore try-out. Overall, I was super impressed by everything (check out this video to see the other products I tried) I love drugstore makeup and I'm excited to try more!!
