The Gatineau Perfection Ultime Retexturizing Beauty Cream has not only become a staple product in my daily skincare regime but also in my makeup routine. The reason I use this Beauty Cream in my daily makeup routine is because of how amazing it makes my overall makeup look afterwards. However, I'll get into this more in a minute but first I want to tell you exactly what this cream is and how it's performing on my skin. So a few weeks ago my skin was exceptionally dry and peeling around my lip area. This was due to the heavy amount to exfoliation I was doing on a nightly basis, and the lack of moisturising afterwards. I knew I had to get my skincare game on and sort this out because it was effecting the way my makeup looked and felt on my face. So when I received the Gatineau Perfection Ultime Retexturizing Beauty Cream I jumped straight into using it because of its claim to retexturize the skin: 

"(Gatineau Perfection Ultime Retexturizing Beauty Cream) is a lightweight daily moisturiser that intensively hydrates the skin whilst reducing the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles and instantly brightening and smoothing the skin's texture"

There are a few main ingredients inside this Beauty Cream that are used to help the overall appearance and feel of the skin 

Key Ingredients:

Tripeptides and Caviar Extract - Rejuvenate and reactivate the skin 
Geranium Oil - Renews and protects the skin
Hyaluronic Acid - Plumps and hydrates the skin 

Wheat and Soy Proteins - create an immediate smoothing effect

As you can imagine, I was very excited to see if this cream would work and take away my dry patches by adding moisture and hydration back into my face. Having now used this 'Perfection Ultime Retexturizing Beauty Cream' by Gatineau for 2 weeks I can happily report that it's working fabulously. Now I'm not going to pretend to know all about the ingredients inside this cream and why they work so well for my skin because, I'm no good at the whole science thing. However, what I do know is this cream with all its special ingredients are working wonders for me. My skin has never felt better! It's much more hydrated and uplifted. It's so much more smoother and the amount of 'under- the- surface' spots I have, have reduced. Incase you don't know from my previous skincare rants, small spots that lurk under my skin's surface (around my forehead & cheekbones) have been quite an issue for me over many years. So I couldn't be more happier to have finally found a cream that helps to reduced them and smooths my skin's complexion as well as making it brighter and more youthful. I'm one happy chick right now!! :-)

Ok, as I mentioned earlier, I've been incorporating this Beauty Cream into my daily makeup routine. I apply this Gatineau beauty cream right before I apply my makeup. The reason I find it amazing with makeup, is how flawless it makes my overall makeup (complexion) look afterwards. It instantly smooths my skin's texture and locks in the right amount of hydration to keep my makeup looking great all day. It also makes my skin radiant and glowing through the makeup.
