So this is my first attempt at a looped braid and I must admit I'm quite impressed by how well it turned out. Now as you know braiding can take a whilst to get the hang of and believe me I'm still learning and practising but, I wanted to step away from the usual 3 strand braid and try something more quirky. I found a look similar to this on Instagram and instantly fell in love. So I decided to recreate it and it turned out pretty well; if I do say so myself. Instantly I wanted to snap a photo to share with you here on my blog. So this braided hairstyle is what I like to call the 'Distressed Loop Braid' because of the quite undone finish it has. All I needed to create this look was a bunch of clear elastics (I should have used brown ones to match my hair colour better, like I said ^^ still learning and practising, haha!) a clip and my hands. So pretty simple right?!
I already want to create this look again but with little jewels through the braid. This will look so pretty and gorgeous for special events. Therefore, expect that look to appear here on my blog (with a step by step guide on How To:) and of-course on my Instagram very soon!
