Barry M have recently come out with new satin finish lipsticks in six different shades from nude to mauve to berry shades. They are formulated with Shea Butter and Vitamin E which helps with hydration and glossiness. They have a very dewy finish to them which feels like butter on your lips, even though they are buttery it doesn't slip or slide around your mouth. They stay super creamy on the lips and don't settle into my fine lines which is perfect. They have incredible colour pay-off with one stroke. The packaging for these new satin lipsticks have a stunning metal finish with Barry M signature on top of the lid and the shade and number written on the bottom. They look really lovely in my lipstick holder along side my other Barry M lippies in the black and pink packaging.
I have the shades Mannequin and Truffle Shuffle (these are the cutest names!)
Mannequin (pic of me: 1,2 & 3) is a very nude shade which can look good on some skin tones and not so good on others. I'm in between. With it being a paler shade I feel it is a little light on my lips but with a darker foundation shade it looks really nice. It is so creamy, moisturising and hydrating on the lips I forget I'm actually wearing a lipstick.
Truffle Shuffle (pic of me: 4 & 5) is my favourite of the two I have. It is slightly darker in shade than Mannequin with a chocolate brown and pink mix. I love this shade so much as it's the perfect shade to call 'my lips but better'. It looks so natural on my lips and with its creamy satin finish, my lips look so moisturised and luscious.
Have you tried any of Barry M's new satin lipstick range? What do you think of them?!
Thank you so much for stopping by
