Zoeva En Taupe

Afternoon Lovely,
Happy Monday to you even though it is pouring down here in Scotland. I am so cold right now as I type this to you but I am going to go get some soup to warm myself up. Before that, I want to show you the new Zoeva En Taupe Eyeshadow palette. I managed to get my hands on one this past week and I've been so impressed by the shades in it. First of all I want to mention how amazing looking the packaging is. I love the metallic-y geometric look it has. It sort of looks like the new Urban Decay Vice 4 palette however that is more colourful than this Zoeva one. Now of the shades, I can't express enough how much these colours scream 'ME '. Like I've said a million times I love taupe, purple and brown tones so these warm and earthy shades are right up my street. I love love love that each individual eyeshadow has its own name (I hate it when some brands don't name shades in their palettes! Why just why?) they are all very unusual names as-well like, 'Old Master', 'Sheers & Voiles', 'Stitch by Stitch', 'Handmade', 'Hour by Hour'.
I've only used 4 shades from the palette so far and I am over the moon by how pigmented these little guys are. I picked up a tiny amount onto my brush and when I swiped it on my eyelid I squealed with excitement. I am going to be doing lots more looks with this palette very soon!

For the eyelook above I used shades: 'Wrapped in Silk' (on eyelids), 'Old Master' (in outer corner), 'Exquisite' (along crease) and 'Spun Pearl' (inner corner/tear duck)

  1. Your eyes are incredibly gorgeous and this look only compliments them. I love it! Lately I read so many great reviews about Zoeva eye shadows, need to get my hands on some.

    1. Thank you so much Georgiana you are so lovely. This is the first palette I've tried from Zoeva and I love it so much. I think I'll be picking up more very soon!
