I've teamed up with Shop BXB (new online beauty retailer) to give you my first impressions of some of the different makeup brands that they sell.

I recieved a box of goodies to try out and I'm wanting to give you my first impression of the beauty products.
Becca Cosmetics Eye Colour 'Chantilly'
This is an exciting product for me because I haven't been able to try Becca before now. I've heard so many people rave about their highlighters but I'm glad I've been able to try a different product in their range to see if that's as good as the highlighters. This eye shadow is in the shade Chantilly which is a greyish taupe colour and slightly shimmery. It is very pigmented even though it is a light shade. I'm looking forward to wear this shade with some other darker shades.
Eylure Flicklash Eyelashes
Lash have never been my thing but I'm actually excited to try these one out. They have a little winged attached to the end of the lashes which is great for if you can't perfect your winged liner. It is also good for saving time, as I know for me applying false can take me a while and the thought of doing my liner after just depresses me. I have yet to try these beauts out but I'll be doing a separate post on them in the coming weeks.
Being TRUE Brow Definer
I've been using this everyday since I first tried it and I'm loving it so much on my brows. It has the perfect light and darker shades in it to match my brunette hair. It comes with a gel to outline your brows and two powder shades for filling in your brows. I use the two powder shades the most to fill in the sparse areas in the eyebrows and I love how good they look. I'm actually preferring this brow definer over my L'Oreal brow gel.
L'Oreal Double Extended Eye Illuminator Mascara
This mascara is so intriguing with its double end and the fact that it is supposed to illumiate blue eyes. I don't have blue eyes so I can't comment on that part but I do really like it on my lashes and I think the copper shade make my eyes sparkle. You can see the post here where I had this mascara on my lashes. I always curl my lashes before apply any mascara so I judge the mascara on how well it holds the curls and if any extra volume. Therefore this mascara give a nice volume to my lashes not amazing volume though but it definitely coats the lashes jet black. I really like adding the extra copper shade on top to my eyes and lashes sparkly. It's a really good mascara for bringing out and enhancing your eye colour.
Clinique Jenna's Essentials Eyeshadow Palette
This is one my favourite pieces from the bits I received. I'm a totally eyeshadow palette sucker and when I saw this I died with excitement. I love brown shades, they are so wearable in the day and night. This palette has 4 very wearable shades that are essentials in any eyeshadow palette. I love that there is a highlighting shade, transition shade and smokey or outlining shade in the palette. All the shades are very pigmented and when worn altogether it's such a stunning look.
Elizabeth Arden Ceramide Ultra Lipstick 'Rouge'
This is my favourite pieces from the bunch and rightly so! If you're a lipstick fanatic you'll know why. Just look at the gold metal-y packaging I with the embedded doors all over it. This is such a creamy and very glossy shade. I'm in love!
