Straight 'N' Go

Hello Beautiful x
Straight'N'Go is a new brand to me and I was really intrigued to try their straight brushes out. I kindly received one and when I received it I jumped in for a shower to wash my hair and test it out.
This is a brush that acts as a straightener without using electricity. What I do with it is dry my hair ever so slightly and then begin to use it. I place it as far up my hair (close to roots) and brush by closing plates, the way you use a hair straightener. It has holes through the brush to allow the heat from your hair dryer, dry while straightening your hair at the same time. I get a crease along the back, near the top of my head because I clip my hair back when I'm home. So I concentrate more on this area and as you can see in the photo above there's no crease (Yay!)
The bristles on the brush are like the type of bristles on those round barrel brushes, so I would recommend applying some sort for frizz-ease or smoothing serum to tame any frizzy bits (this is due to static really). Once my hair is nice and straight it lasts all day and the next few days honestly if I don't tie or clip it up, hehe!
Overall I love it, it's such a handy little tool and straightens my hair just as good as hot straighteners. I also think it would be great to take away on holiday rather than a straightener. It's much easier and lighter to pack and you don't have a deal with wires, plugs or socket fittings (winner!)
PS. I wanted to do a video tutorial but I'm having some problems with my YouTube account at the moment, but hopefully I can get something up soon.
Have you tried the Straight'N'Go?
Available at High Street TV for £9.99 here
