Maybelline The Nudes

I mentioned in my previous post how much I'm looking forward to creating Autumn looks and this is one of many!

I've been dying to get my hands on the gorgeous Maybelline The Nudes palette for sometime now and finally I've got it (yay!) The shades are all so me, I love brown and mauve shades so I'm so happy with it. I think I will do an in-depth review of the palette in the coming days as I'm so in love with it.

Get The Look:

To create this look I used 4 shades - (description of shades left to right) the matte brown shade (2 in from the bottom row) as a transition shade over my lid and crease, I then went in with the gold shade (around the top middle of palette) for the centre of my lid. I then placed the shimmery brown shade (below the gold) in my outer corner and blended inwards along my crease. I applied a little of the 1st shade (on the top row) to my inner corner and brow bone to highlight. To finish of the eye look I ran a little of the shimmery brown shade mixed with the gold along my lower lash line.

    I've been pondering on whether to get this palette or not for a while. On side of me is yelling "Patricia, you have too much eyeshadow already!!" while the other is luring me to buy it. The colors look gorgeous on you!
