My Top 5 Mascaras

I'm not a fan of false lashes so for me it's all about finding that perfect mascara that makes my lashes the best they can possibly be. I'm always on the hunt for the perfect mascara that does it all in one, but to be honest that is pretty impossible...or is it?
Here are my top 5 mascaras that all give me different (but good) results.

Maybelline The Rocket: This is a newbie in my collection. I've heard so much about it so of course I needed to give it a try. Can you imagine what I did when I got it? Yip that's right, I ripped it open super enthusiastically and started applying it whilst making very weird expressions with every brush stroke haha! I was genuinely surprised by the outcome as it gives me a great amount of volume for everyday wear and it doesn't clump with multiple coats. I'm really pleased with this mascara as usually when there is lots of hype about a product it never seems to work that great for me so you can imagine my excitement.

L'Oreal Telescopic False Lash mascara: What can I say about this mascara? Well if you have been following me for some time or watched my beauty videos you will have probably seen me use it to its death. I just love this mascara, It gives me everything I need from volume, length and full on black lashes. If you're someone that has a trouble with your lashes sticking or clumping together when you apply mascara, then this mascara is definitely for you. With its fine bristles it gives separation to each lash making them look even longer.

Rimmel London Extra Super Lash mascara: This mascara is definitely a mascara for everyday use. It gives me super black lashes with length, however, NEVER wear this mascara when it's raining, it will give you panda eyes, seriously! This is a thicker formula which is good for making my lashes look EXTRA black and FULLER. It's a perfect mascara for everyday work, school, college or running errands, just remember to carry wipes encase there's a sudden rain fall haha!

Benefit They're Real mascara: Another newbie in my collection with the highest price tag (oops!) I'd been wanting to try this one of a while, basically because of its name, 'they're real'. I just thought "this mascara must make a statement" with its very bold name. I've just started using it and so far I can say I LOVE it. It gives me volume, length, super black eyelashes and is super long lasting. This mascara is without a doubt an investment with its hefty price tag, but as I'm a girl rooting for mascara over falsie then I think it was worth it.

Barry M Lash Vegas waterproof mascara: What can I say? Its SUPERB for the rainy days. Once you apply this stuff it isn't gonna budge, honestly (It's even hard to remove with a cleanser). I suppose this is great for someone who likes swimming a lot, at the beach or anywhere there's water involved tbh but still likes their eyes to look bright and bold! I really like this mascara for running errands so I can prolong the life of my other mascaras (especially my more expensive ones). It gives me naturally defined looking lashes without applying too much. It does everything I need it to do for everyday wear, plus it DOESN'T give me panda eyes haha!

I hope you liked my mini review on my top 5 mascaras and maybe gives you advice on a new mascara for yourself.

  4. I'm not a fan of false eyelashes either. Unfortunately it's becoming so popular that it has created a new standard of beauty for women. Sigh.
