Naked Flushed: Review

Today I want to share with you my thoughts and experience on using this, fairly desirable trio (Flushed) palette, consisting of a blush, bronzer and highlighter. I got this palette a few weeks ago, but I am now putting together this review to give you all an idea on how my experience has been since using it. It was only last week where I posted this review of the Naked Basics palette by Urban Decay however I want to put up another review post for this one too as a got them both at the same time. I was extremely excited to try out these cosmetics as I know Urban Decay is a highly desirable, and in-demand brand amongst today's beauty Youtubers, bloggers, MUA's and all glam girls. I, like many other beauty Youtubers and bloggers has accumulated (over time, of-course) a bunch of Urban Decay's products into my beauty collection and if you are subscribed to my beauty channel or follow me on Instagram you will have probably seen me using their products multiple times. So, today I want to give you the low down on Urban Decay's Flushed palette. So here goes...

My Review
First of all I want to start by saying I love gold makeup packaging, it makes the product look more elegant, classic and sophisticated. Therefore I couldn't resist this Flushed palette. It is very small, compact and multi-functional with a bronzer, blush and highlighter. It's a great product for taking away with you on holiday or if you're on the go a lot . I love the bronzer the most from this palette. It gives me a natural contoured look which doesn't look muddy or cakey. The blush is a nice subtle colour, which for me is perfect as I'm not the biggest fan of blushers, purely because I tend to look too flushed with blusher on. I must say though since I started using this palette I've became more fond of blusher but just a small amount on the tops of my cheek bones. I tend to apply this blush at the highest point of my cheek bones and up to my temples. For the highlighter, I'm not loving it as much as the bronzer and blusher. I think it looks too light against the blusher shade. Although, what  I like to do with it is mix it (ever so slightly) with the blusher and apply it on my cheek bones and the apples of my cheeks to give me a natural skin glow.
The application of the 3 shades are great and take to brushes perfectly. I don't have to tap of any excess powder as the brush picks up a good amount which blends easily into my foundation.

The shades in this flushed palette complement my foundation colour, which tends to be in either Ivory or Golden Beige shades.

Overall... I Love it!
Let me know what you think of this palette in the comments section, I would love to know and it will help others out too.

Tutorial using this palette along with the Naked Basics is coming soon. Stay tuned to see.
