The Braided Top Knot w/ House Of Fraser ♫

As you can probably see I'm not the best at creating buns, partly because my hair is so thick and long and it's naturally very straight so it is harder to kept bits from popping out, so lots of hairspray is required. Anyway, I created this hairstyle for a festival, tying my hair into a braid allows me to dance and sing without getting hair in my face or getting sweaty.

What I used to create this look:

Bobby pins - Essentials

Headband/Hairband - New Look (old) many of  these would look super cute, especially the daisies or flower hairbands
How To:

I've put together a little instructions on how to create this look, hope it's helpful and understandable lol.

HERE GOES...

Tie your hair back into a high ponytail and split into two sections/strands. Create a regular braid (or your desired braid style) on each of the sections. Take one section and wrap it loosely around the top of your ponytail and pin it with bobby pins. Hairspray around the braid to keep strands from falling out before starting the next section. Repeat this process with the other section, - wrap it around but take more care with this part as this section will be seen. Secure any sticky-out bits with bobby pins as well as hairspray all around to form the BRAIDED TOP KNOT. I recommend using Aveda Control Force hairspray which you can get at House of Fraser. It has UV and sun rays protection which is great for those outdoor festivals. It also has humidity defence for up to 24 hours, which will be good for all day and night festivals where you tend to get sweaty (take it with you to the festival for any touch-ups). To complete the look I added a gold studded hairband to glam it up a little but it's really nice without it too.

P.S Taking photos of your hair by yourself is really hard!!

Thank You for reading and hope you all have a lovely day

Hugs!
