Barry M lippy

I recently bought a bunch of Barry M products including lip paints and nail polish. I really love their nail polish 'gelly' collection because they are super super glossy, but their lip paint collection is really nice too. I bought a few lippies because I had never tried any Barry M products before, I had this perception of them being quite cheap and not very long lasting; how wrong was I? The lip paints have good colour payoff and feel really smooth on the lips. I usually like to run my finger along my lips to thoroughly blend lipsticks into my lips but with these lip paints I don't need to, this is good as far as my wipes are concerned, saves using a wipe for cleaning my fingers after blending.

 

The coral blush colour is great for everyday in the summertime and the shocking pink colour is great for a daytime party or an evening look in the summer. I especially like the pillar box red colour as it is not as dramatic as other red lipsticks I have tried in the past, this lip would be perfect for an evening with the girls! I took a few snapshots of my lips wearing 2 of the colours I bought (pillar box red from the lip paints & coral blush from the ultra moisturising lip paints). I think the lip paints would look nicer if I had outlined my lips with lip liner first but I didn't have the right colours to match but I think they still look lovely without. Lip liners are something I need to invest in getting (loads of) very soon to match my lippies. Have a lovely day everyone!! thank you for reading.
