Cannes was Lively!

Cannes Film Festival 2014 was packed with lots of stars. Many of them shone on the red carpet including Rosie Huntington, Eva Longoria, Alessandra Ambrosio and Frieda Pinto in her Oscar de la Renta gown, but for me Blake Lively stood out from all with her perfectly poised gowns.

Blake appeared on the red carpet in a number of beautiful dresses across 3 days. Her 1st dress was a burgundy coloured Gucci gown which showed off her neckline and complimented her (tanned) skin. With her hair sleeked back into a braid and pink/black smokey eye toughened up the look and gave it a elongated feel. She really knows how to work the camera!

Blake's 2nd dress was by Chanel Couture which is very feminine with unusual pocket detailing complimented by a pale colour Sophia Webster heels.

Both of these dresses are absolutely gorgeous but Blake's 3rd gown for the Captive premiere is where she made her red carpet statement in a black and silk white Gucci gown.

Herself and Ryan Reynolds look like the perfect A list couple in matching outfits. Stunning couple!

Blake is a fashion inspiration to me at the moment she looks stunning in everything she wears. Her luscious golden locks is super shiny even when tied up in a braid. I was never one for wearing my hair up in a braid when I was outside, but since I saw how beautiful Blake's fishtails were it inspired me to be more creative with my own hairstyles.
